Data used
The site may receive data that the customer enters while placing an order: selected service, options, contact fields and order-cabinet messages.
Checkout also stores technical order data: order number, amount, selected coin, payment status and temporary cabinet password.
Purpose
The data is used to create payment details, confirm paid status, manually handle the order and communicate about it.
The public contact form prepares an email to hello@wallet-shop.com; if the email app does not open, the customer can write directly.
Storage and access
Access to order data is limited to order handling and support tasks.
We do not publish order data and do not ask customers to send unnecessary sensitive details through the public form.
